Pictures from the Sewing Machine Training session held on February 27, 2018 for Prevention Services Coordinators in Sioux Lookout. Training included technical overview of new sewing machines for the community and prevention programs, as well as a quilting project to teach the Coordinators a new skill they could, in turn, teach families in their communities. Tikinagan hosted an Honouring our Children BBQ on Thursday, July 21 at Ojibway Provincial Park in Sioux Lookout. Throughout the months of June and July, many Tikinagan sites hosted similar events as a way of taking the time to honour the children and families we serve.
