Re: Tikinagan Staff Experience Survey
All staff are invited to complete Tikinagan’s internal survey, released today (July 2, 2024). This is not spam.
The purpose of the survey is based on one of our nine Tikinagan values, honesty. We are committed to being honest with our children, youth, families, and communities we serve. We also want an honest workplace — where we can be open and identify issues and follow through. Equally important, we want to celebrate our staff.
Our last agency-wide survey was completed in November 2022; our 2SLGBTQ+ committee completed a staff survey in April 2023. This new survey will help the agency capture staff experience, specifically what’s working and what could be better.
About the Survey
To access the survey, staff should click the link in their email with the subject “SURVEY: Tikinagan Staff Experience” from communications@tikinagan.org. The survey should take about five minutes to complete. All staff responses are anonymous. When staff complete the survey, they will be taken to a separate page where they will be asked to enter their Tikinagan email to be eligible for a draw, one of 10 $100 gift cards. The deadline to complete the survey is July 31, 2024.
