Re: Revised Neegaan Inabin Referral Form
Tikinagan’s Neegaan Inabin Services is an extension of our Mamow Obiki-ahwashsoowin Service Model which recognizes the involvement of family, extended family, community, First Nation and other resources — Everyone working together to raise our children.
Neegaan Inabin Services will support the delivery of voluntary services for youth in care, who are transitioning out of care into independence and for young adults who were formerly in care but have not reached their 26th birthday. The unit will provide culturally appropriate wraparound services for youth to have access to financial support, learning and educational opportunities, safe stable housing, life skills training, health and mental health, wellness, and connection to land, culture, language and community.
To access these services and learn more about what Neegaan Inabin Services can offer to youth and young adults, please complete the attached referral form to refer potential clients.
Once completed, please forward this referral form to Intake Department to be processed.
If you have any questions, please speak with your Service Manager.
